Getting started
How do I add my first moment?
Tap the + button on your timeline, choose a date, add a photo, video or a few words, and tap the checkmark. That’s it. Your moment lands on the timeline right away.
Can I add moments from the past?
Yes. Pick any date, past or future. When you add photos, Twenty4 can even set the date automatically from when they were taken.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Add moments, photos and video with no connection; everything syncs automatically the moment you’re back online.
Sharing & family
How do I share a moment?
Open a moment, go to People, and invite by link or from your frequent collaborators. They can add their own photos, videos and words to the same moment.
Who can see my timeline?
Only you, unless you explicitly invite someone to a specific moment. There’s no public feed and no followers.
Can I leave or remove someone?
Anytime. You control your own moments and can leave any shared moment from the People tab.
Storage & plans
What counts toward storage?
Only the original photos and videos you upload. Written memories are unlimited on every plan, including Free.
What if I reach my limit?
Nothing is lost. Your memories stay put; you’ll just need more room before adding new media. Upgrade or downgrade anytime.
How do I cancel?
Manage your subscription through your app store account. Your memories are always yours to keep, and you can request a copy anytime by emailing privacy@twenty4.app.
Privacy & account
Is my data private?
Yes. Your content is encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by strict per-user access rules. We never sell your data. Read the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete your account, type DELETE to confirm, and your account and content are permanently and immediately erased. This can’t be undone.
Can I opt out of analytics?
Yes. Turn off Settings → Privacy & Security → Share usage analytics anytime. We only ever collect privacy-respecting, anonymous usage data to improve the app, never your photos, videos or words.
How do I get a copy of my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Download my Data, or email privacy@twenty4.app.
How do I sign in?
With Apple, Google or email, whichever you prefer. Your timeline syncs securely across your devices.
